Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily inventory control and maintain accurate inventory records
• Maintain the system to ensure data synchronization
• Work closely with outsourced warehouse to ensure a smooth flow of warehouse operations
• Coordinate with different departments on inventory management and follow-up
• Assist monthly cycle count and year end stock take
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report
• Ad hoc duties which may be assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Accounting, Supply Chain or related disciplines, with minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Self-motivated with a meticulous eye for details
• Independent with initiative, good sense of responsibility and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel
