Reporting directly to the Finance Manager of Hong Kong & Macau, the successful incumbent will be responsible for:

• Manage month end closing activities including general ledger review, internal & external reporting
• Liaise with auditors and compile statutory financial statements in accordance with HKIFRS and local accounting standards
• Prepare schedules and work closely with tax representative on tax return
• Support and resolve critical daily operation issues for AR & AP team
• Coordinate and prepare annual budget & quarterly forecast
• Perform variance analysis, cost simulation and provide recommendations on corrective measures
• Streamline process and provide remediation plan for internal control gaps
• Arrange stock take activities and involve in ad-hoc projects
• Any other ad-hoc activities as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting with professional accounting qualification (e.g. HKICPA)
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
• Experience gained in both audit and commercial field is preferred
• Strong planning, problem solving and influencing skill
• Able to work independently with can-do attitude
• Proficiency in the use of computer software such as SAP and Microsoft program
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese & English
