Communicate and coordinate with the country finance teams and other business units to establish an effective application support service. You will maintain master data per established procedures and in compliance with the relevant Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls. Also, you will assist in master data management/analysis and reporting tool management, system migration and enhancement related finance projects

Responsibilities

• Act as the contact point and being the go-to person for all daily operations of master data requests
• Process finance master data registration e.g. vendor/customer/ledger setups with accordance to RL IA standard.
• Communicate with Customer (Ralph Lauren Internal users) as in terms of requests and possible-solutions
• Coordinate/support projects from Finance Master Data perspective with liaises on different departments.
• Analyze database, learn the pattern and maintain alignments, further propose improvement plan.
• Developing effective / efficient ways to standardize procedures, whilst adhering to data governance policies / standards to enhance overall service level
• Closely monitor data quality and collaborating with businesses / countries to solve common data problems & create business values

 Requirements 

• Degree holder or above
• Good command of both oral and written Korean and English
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• 1-3 years’ experience in a large multi-national organization or commercial & retail organization with financial system support or enterprise data maintenance related roles
• Experienced in working with various countries within Asia-Pacific region
• Knowledge of Financial systems – Microsoft Dynamics AX / SAP or similar finance system and business applications such as Island Pacific, Insight/BI/Microstrategy, Essbase, Smartview, Blackline
• Strong command of both written and spoken Korean or Japanese is preferable
