Job Description:

• Primarily manage the day-to-day Account Receivables side of the accounting as well as perform quarterly and year-end financial closing and consolidations
• Take charge of cash flow management and business expenses control functions
• Supervising accounting treatments, control and analysis for business expenses
• Improve and streamline work processes with collaboration with other departments to ensure operational efficiency
• Monitor and implement the appropriate internal control measures and procedures to ensure good credit management
• Prepare management reports on aging analysis and forecasts in relation to sales receipts for better cash flow forecast
• Highlight and alert irregularities for management attention on costs and expenses
• Assist in developing and managing annual budgets

Job Requirement               

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in hands-on accounting and financial closing and consolidations
• Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of ERP system is preferred
• High-level of Excel proficiency
• Strong business acumen
• Commitment to tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skill with good initiative and ability of prioritizing workload
