Main Job Duties

• collect, track, and analyse global / designated cities’ (in particular: London, New York and Tokyo) real estate market trends, economic and demographic data, as well as real estate space and capital markets
• help formulate strategies based on real estate market analysis and forecasts
• prepare financial modeling and valuation (DCF, comparable companies analysis, etc.);
• prepare financial and investment reports and draft proposals/presentations in PowerPoint
• assist in all aspects of due diligence work surrounding the property investment opportunities

Requirements

• Degree holders in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Surveying (GP) or related disciplines with CFA qualification preferred
• with at least 5 years’ experience as a property analyst; preference given to those with experience at investment banks involving in capital market deals, M & A and/or restructuring transactions
• knowledge of property valuation and good exposure in understanding and analyzing overseas properties
• detailed with good numeric sense and substantial experience of financial modeling, industry analysis, due diligence and deal execution in property investment feasibility studies/deals
• self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese with excellent presentation and communication skills
• advanced users of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

We work 5 days per week.
