Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting duties including general ledger, account payable, account receivables, cheques or payment preparation, banking-related matters
• Perform monthly accounting reports, monitor cash flow and conduct bank reconciliations
• Ensure all transactions are being duly authorized and properly recorded
• Assist for HK tax return filing and compliance
• Assist in preparation monthly financial statement, budgets, forecast and financial analysis
• Assist in stock take & ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business in Finance or Accountancy, or related discipline
• Experience in FMCG / Retail industry is preferred
• 3 years or above solid working experience in full set accounting
• Able to work independently, self-discipline and proactive with sense of responsibility and attention to details
• Positive working attitude with ability to identify and solve problem
• Hands on knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel
• SAP knowledge is definitely an asset
