Responsibilities:

• Sort, organized and match invoices (include cheque request) accurately and timely
• Prepare statistical reports
• Involved in data integrity maintenance
• Participate in data cleansing
• Provide system support for problem-shooting

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a related field
• 2 years’ relevant working experience in third party logistics, freight forwarding or transportation service providers
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good computer skills in MS Office application, especially Excel
• Good knowledge of IT system
• Basic accounting knowledge is a must
• Able to work independently & under pressure
