Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations and maintain the AR, AP and GL function; Ensure on-time data input and voucher preparation
• Prepare monthly financial statements and financial analysis; Responsible for month-end closing and schedule
• Prepare budget and forecasting; Perform annual audit and liaise with external auditor; Participate in handling taxation and compliance matters
• Handle other finance related assignments as needed

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy with professional accounting qualification (such as CPA Australia or ACCA) or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting field; Capable of handling full set of accounts independently
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and hands on experience in Yonyou System would be an advantage
• Familiar with Australia/UK accounting is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is required
• Proactive, strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Mature, meticulous, able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
