Responsibility

• Responsible daily accounting operation
• Process AR, AP and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain proper records on receipts, payments and journals, master data and other related accounting documents
• Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities
• Maintain balance sheet schedules
• Other ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirement

• Form 5 graduate or above
• LCC Higher Level or above
• Minimum 1 year accounting experience in trading firm
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese word processing and strong Excel skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English & Putonghua;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Good analytical, self-motivated and work independently
• Willing to work over-time when needed

        (Fresh graduates / less experience will be considered)
