A large fast growing HK Listed Conglomerate has an opening for a senior finance professional to join their business. It is an exciting time to join as they continue to grow successfully through organic growth and acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic business partner to Top Management & the Board of Directors by providing sound business advice and formulating financial strategy for the growth of the business
• Responsible for the full spectrum of Finance function including finance reporting, budgeting, taxation, treasury and investor relations of the group
• Plan for any investment related activities and develop corporate finance strategy in short term and long term, to safeguard the Group’s capital and maximize the returns to the group
• Perform feasibility study and provide financing plans for new investment projects when needed
• Liaise with related parties including bankers on any corporate finance or fund raising activities
• Develop or review all internal control policies and procedures to mitigate risks
• Re-engineer workflows, process and operation model to enhance operation efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Qualified accountant, preferably with Big 4 audit experience
• Minimum 12 years of financial management experience in corporate as well as Listed companies
• Well-versed in HK Listing rules, HK & PRC accounting standards and taxation regulations
• Experience in handling Investor Relations and closely connected with investors/bankers, etc
• Strong business analytical capabilities and presentation skills
• Self-driven, hands-on with good communication skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese (both verbal and written) including Mandarin (Native Mandarin Speaker is a plus)
