Our client is a well known fund service provider serving private equities across the APAC region. As they are growing their business with several acquisitions with the past few years, they are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
• Perform full-set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
• Support daily operation of finance department
• Assist in tax related issues 
• Prepare management accounts, FRR reporting, financial analysis and management accounting report (quarterly, monthly, weekly)
• Participate in periodic audit
• Prepare group budget and perform variance analysis
• Ad-hoc finance projects, UAT testing and regulatory enhancement requirements

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or any related disciplines.
• At least 6 years relevant accounting experience in FI background, with 3 years audit experience is preferred
• ACCA / HKICPA qualification or other recognized accounting professional qualifications 
• Hands on experience in handling FRR reports
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
