Responsibility:

• Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts for the companies assigned independently.
• Prepare daily cash flow and monitor the cash position of companies.
• Prepare financial statements and other analysis reports, breakdown for audit purpose / internal use.
• Assist in audit and tax filing.
• Maintain Petty Cash.
• Attend periodical stock take both in HK and PRC.
• Ad hoc assignment upon request by superior.

Requirements:

• Form 5 with LCC Level 2 or equivalent.
• 2-3 years accounting experience.
• Detail-minded and good team member.
• Computerized accounting system, experience in FlexSystem is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel.
• Immediate available is a definite advantage.
