Responsibilities

• Manage overall contractual and commercial issues for projects including agreements, tenders and other related documents.
• Prepare timely financial and management reports.
• Supervise subordinates on daily accounting operations.
• Ensure compliance of accounting standards & legislations and internal guidelines, policies & procedures.
• Prepare cash flow reports, budget, forecasts and interpret the results.
• Handle annual audit and liaise with external accounting and commercial parties.
• Drive the process and system improvements and strengthen internal control.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant with degree in accounting or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5-year experience, preferably with audit experience, project accounting skills and commercial issues exposures.
• Responsible, strategic thinking with strong accounting and commercial sense.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• IELTS score 6.5 or above preferable.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
