Responsibilities:

- Prepare schedules, reports and data to management and other department

- Support in annual audit and tax compliances

- Handle daily accounting duties, vouchers and operational issues

- Prepare full sets of accounting book

- Assist in preparing monthly FRR reports for SFC

- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

- Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance or related discipline

- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in securities firm

- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software

- Good knowledge in accounting standards, and SFC / HKEx rules and regulations would be an advantage

- Able to work under pressure, detail-minded, deadline-oriented and a good team player

- Strong business sense and problem solving skills
