Job Description
AIA Challenge District
We are from the most performed districts (AIA Challenge Family) for the highest % of MDRT and largest numbers of MDRT for consecutively 10 years in AIA. Our team will provide graduates with internship opportunities every year. Our internship program enables graduates to build up their interpersonal skills and acquire experience of wealth management.

- IANG / 受養人簽證 IANG Student / dependent Visa
- 擁有商業 / 管理 / 金融或其他相關學科優先 Knowledge in business / management / financial filed
- 良好廣東話，英文和普通話 Good at English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- 有活力及良好溝通技巧 Responsive and good communication skill

of Financial Professionals, is an international, independent association of nearly
36,000 or less than 1% of the world's leading life insurance and financial services
professionals from more than 430 companies in 78 countries. MDRT membership is
recognized internationally as the standard of sales excellence in the life insurance
and financial services business.Court of the Table and Top of the Table serve as
additional incentives for members to increase their levels of production. Court of the
Table members must earn 3 times the MDRT base production requirement, and Top
of the Table members must earn 6 times the base production requirement.
We are the most performed districts (Challenge District) in AIA for training up
MDRT, COT and TOT members.
