Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and AP/AR
• Assist in overseeing daily accounting operations primarily for books in HK and handling month-end closing of assigned entities
• Prepare management reports/schedules and support annual audit of assigned entities
• Ad hoc duties assigned as and when required

Requirements

• Tertiary educated with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in property development
• Must be experienced in handling full set of accounts
• Proficient in Excel, Words and Chinese WP, experience in Sun Account is an advantage
• Proactive, responsible and must be able to work well as a team and independently
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Candidates without stable track record will NOT be considered
