Job Purpose:

Provides financial decision-making information by gathering and analyzing financial information; developing projections and alternatives.

Duties:

• Handle daily accounting entries
• Responsible for processing of bills and payments transactions
• Handle cheque preparation, telegraphic transfer, purchase orders
• Maintain all documentation & filing systematically
• Assist in Statement of Accounts and reconciliation
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory reports.
• Maintain tests / packages pricing and setting up new customer’s accounts together with Medical Liaison Managers inside the Laboratory Information System.
• Supporting other functions in Accounts Department as well as other ad hoc accounting or administrative duties.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum secondary school graduate.  Diploma in book keeping or accounting would be an advantage.
• Knowledge in Peach Tree or Sage 50 Accounting.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Meticulous and organized.
• Have a positive work attitude and a keen interest to learn.
