Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall accounting management activities
• Handle full set accounting, A/P and A/R. General ledger and accounts reconciliations.
• To prepare accounting voucher up to monthly reporting of financial statement.
• Perform full daily accounting operations and monthly reports
• Monitor daily cash flow and fund transfer
• Maintain proper and systematic filing system
• Performs ad hoc or other responsibilities and duties.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Accounting and Finance or other related disciplines with LCCI higher level
• 4-5 years relevant experience, especially in SMEs and Engineering Industry
• Familiar with HK Taxation
• Self-motivated, hardworking, independent, high sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Well organized, with good interpersonal and communication skill
• Having knowledge of ERP system is preferable.
• Proficiency in MS office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
