ob Responsibilities:

• Handle a full set of accounts and prepare the group consolidation
• Responsible for month end closing , quarter end and year end statutory audit of the subgroup of Greater China region
• Review the monthly financials submitted by local finance team
• Review payment vouchers and inter-companies recharge
• Review inter-companies reconciliation reports, schedules breakdown and account reconciliation 
• Formulate changes to the financial reports according to change in business model and accounting standard
• Responsible for group accounting control issues and ensure compliance of group entities to the group accounting policy 
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as IT team and other related parties on financial data accuracy
• Supervise a team of subordinates
• Providing support for ad hoc projects/tasks as assigned by the Head of Group Financial Reporting

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with professional accounting qualification
• At least 5 years relevant experience in financial reporting field 
• Solid experience in consolidation with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Proficiency in using MS office, accounting software and online banking 
• Excellent communication ability with proactive attitude in problem solving
• Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua, both written and spoken
• Mature, self-initiative and able to work independently and as a team player
• Capable of working under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong supervisory skill and inter-personal skill
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager
