Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Accounting Manager to schedules and financial reporting packages, including FRR calculation;

• Assist Accounting Manager to do full set of Accounting jobs including issue cheques; 

• Follow up with in-house staff reimbursement claim;

• Assist in all bank related matters;

• To liaise with external professional parties, such as company secretary and external auditors;

• Other Ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK;

• Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or above;

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in financial institution;

• Mature team player with strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills;

• Good computer literacy in MS Office (Word & Excel);

• Good in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

• Immediate available is preferred.
