Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling full set monthly accounting reports;
  • Handling daily cheque issuance, bank reconciliation and general ledger;
  • Providing administrative and accounting support to team in managing daily operation and accounting functions;
  • Handling clerical duties, filing and ad-hoc assignments.

 

Requirements:

  • Immediate available is preferred;
  • Familiar with MYOB;
  • Proficiency in use of MS office and Chinese word processing;
  • Diploma or above with LCC Intermediate or Higher Certificate or equivalent; 
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting and administrative experience is an advantage;
  • Self-initiated, well-organized, responsible, detail-minded and hardworking;
  • Good command of written English and Chinese.
