DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED:

1. Handle vendor invoices
2. Handle related transactions and data entry
3. Responsible for accounts payable listing and reports
4. Handle clerical, filing and ad hoc tasks and reports as may be assigned from time to time

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

1. F5 or above
2. Solid working experience in accounting field
3. Attention to details, proactive and self-motivated
4. Strong PC skills in MS Excel
5. Has the ability to interact with colleagues and vendors
6. Team player with good communication skills
7. Immediate availability is preferred
