Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts and prepare financial & management reports
- Responsible for daily accounting operations including accounts receivable and payable;
- Preparing all kinds of payment;
- Handling internal filing system of statutory and financial records;
- Performing intercompany reconciliation;
- Supporting the annual audit / special audit and handle taxation matters
- Preparing budget forecast, monthly analysis and project analysis
- Assisting the office administration and insurance-related duties;
- Ad-hoc projects and any other assignments.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Accounting with LCC Higher
- 3 years relevant working experience or above
- Experience in using Quickbook and/or MYOB Account Software
- Independent, hardworking, self-motivated, responsible, well organized, good interpersonal communication skill and team work
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
