Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in month end, quarter end and year-end closing
- Financial report preparation
- Handle accounts payable including liaise directly with suppliers and client servicing team
- Maintain and filing of account records
- Bank reconciliation
- Preparing accounts for audit and SOX
- Prepare cash forecast
- Prepare tax computation
- Assist in ad hoc duties as requested
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting;
- Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable accounting experience;
- Strong PC skills & familiar with Excel;
- Good command of English;
- Independent, highly organized, detail orientated, responsible and able to work in fast pace environment;
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
