Responsibilities:

• Act as a business partner to review financial statements and conduct financial planning & analysis and provide insightful recommendation to support decision making
• Perform financial analysis to evaluate projects, acquisitions, business development and performance
• Well-versed analytical and communication capabilities with mass data organization skill
• Prepare and consolidate management reports, analyze financial trends and plans
• Financial analysis support to Finance Director as required
• Exposures in manufacturing, retail and/or property are preferred
• Presentable, smart and able to handle multiple tasks
  Excellent Excel skill and practicable exposure in system implementation preferably in SAP

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant with HKICPA /ACCA or equivalent certification
• Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing or property sectors
• Excellent communication skill
• Responsible, meticulous and able to coordinate among different parties
• Excellent in Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
