Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and accounting & finance functions
• Reports to the CFO, and work with Guangzhou Headquarter for preparation of group consolidation, quarterly, interim and annual report with compliance of HKGAAP and company accounting/internal control policy and draft financial statements
• Establish and refine financial policies and systems to improve management efficiency and effectiveness
• Liaise with auditors, valuers and other professional parties to ensure the compliance with relevant rules and regulations
• Assist ad hoc projects
  
  

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting and Finance
• CPA Qualified or equivalent
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sizeable audit firm, Big 4 is preferred
• Immediate available is definitely an advantage
