• Textile/Garment degree / Equivalent Poly graduate in textile & clothing                 
• 6-7 years relevant experience in Production, production planning, Merchandising                 
• Has Good knowledge about garment production                 
• preferred to have some work experience in SE Asia like India, BD, Sri lanka                
• Basic knowlegde of sales / marketing skills                
• Willing to frequent travel to India, BD, China                 
• Good English and preferred Hindi language skill are required
