Job Description
Our client is a top tier HKSE-listed developer. In light of their expansion plan in the Finance team, they are seeking for a Finance Manager to join the team based in Hong Kong to oversee the finance function of leasing and property management related business.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, this role will focus on the operational accounting and lead a strong team of 15 accounting professionals
- Perform annual & periodic financial budget, forecast & cash flow analysis
- Review financial statements for group and subsidiaries, implement necessary internal control procedures
- Prepare interim and annual consolidated financial reports
- Review and analyse financial performance and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder of Accounting / Finance or other related disciplines
- HKICPA / ACCA / AICPA qualified or other relevant professional qualifications is essential
- Candidates must have a stable career track record with no less than 10 years of accounting experience
- Candidates currently working for property developer or property management company would be preferred but Not Essential
- Candidates must speak and write fluent Chinese and English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
