Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage expansion capital to support the business growth investment strategy in Asia markets;
• Drive the accounting strategy that strives to maintain sufficient and equal levels of working capital, assets, and liabilities;
• Review capex budgets through liaison with operation and business development team across all markets;
• Monitor the overall capital expenditure process in the region and prepare monthly capex reporting pack;
• Review capex request and ensure compliance with corporate policy;
• Ensure compliance to statutory, regulatory, regional and corporate requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance;
• At least 5 years’ experience with retail industry, and regional exposure preferable;
• Experienced in business development capitalization plan in preferable;
• Analytical mind with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills;
• Details-oriented, committed, and able to work under tight deadlines;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Professional qualification of HKICPA or ACCA.
