A government-funding organization is urgently looking for potential candidate to join their elite team.

Job title:          Accounts Clerk

Department:    Finance Department

Duration:         12 months

Location:         Cyber Port (Shuttle bus from Shatin, Kowloon Tong, Olympic, Mei Foo, Sheung Wan, Hang Hau)

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Finance Department operation in accounts payable and providing general accounting support;
• Preparing monthly supporting schedules for the financial statements;
• Supporting the budget preparation and the update of the forecast;
• Supporting the annual audit by preparing various supporting schedules for the audited financial statements; and
• Supporting other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirement:

• Matriculated or Diploma in Accounting;
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in finance and accounting, preferably gained in a multinational / large organization;
• Good computer skills in MS Excel and computerised accounting systems; and
• Good communication, people management and interpersonal skills.
