Clients:

Our client is a well established US Listed Company with a strong global presence. With their rapidly growing business, they are looking for an Assistant Accounting Manager support their finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Finance Manager and leading a small team
• Handle monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation
• Review month end closing for regional entities and work closely with shared service centre
• Perform internal control in accordance to SOX and Corporate policy
• Assist in annual statutory audit and tax filing
• Participate in Finance improvement projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably gained in sizable companies and Big 4 background is a plus 
• USGAAP/SOX experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
