The successful applicant will work in our Finance Team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare consolidation accounting reports for purpose of financial accounting book closing & management accounting review
• Review group company consolidation performance from management accounting viewpoints and provide feedback
• Frequently liaise with finance teams and management teams of Hong Kong
• To prepare annual tax return
• Assist with the consolidation to ensure timely and accurate financial results are reported
• Work with our clinics to ensure proper elimination of intercompany balances/activity in the consolidated financial statements; identify, communicate and work with related individuals to resolve out of balances.
• Assist management to develop operation tools (e.g. systems, procedures and policies) for strengthening internal control, cost control, inventory control, etc
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• At least 5 years solid experience in financial consolidation / auditing / management accounting
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Excel, financial/accounting applications and ERP system
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication
• Independent, proactive with positive and “Can Do” attitude, able to meet tight time line in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is preferred
