Responsibilities

• Report to Accounting Supervisor
• Responsible for daily A/P, A/R and General Ledger functions
• Assist to perform month-end closing and full set of accounts in small overseas companies
• Process inter-companies billing and reconciliation of A/P & A/R
• Co-ordinate with accounting team of HK office & China factory
• Assist in year-end auditing schedule
• Other ad hoc project as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder
• 1-2 years relevant working experience is preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good Communication skill;
• Good computer knowledge including MS Word and Excel;
• Analytical, self-motivated and proactive
• Able to work under pressure.
