Our Client is a well established luxury fashion retail company with a strong presence in Asia.  They are currently looking for a dynamic and driven finance professional to join them as their Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.  

You will take overall responsibility to provide visibility on financial performance of the region’s sales and marketing organisations, through detailed analysis by markets. As a key business partner to the management team, you will provide valuable insights, business analysis and market outlook to drive business growth potential and strategic initiatives.  You will identify key business drivers and drive company profitability and growth such as recommendations on store related projects such as promotions, costs programs, pricing initiatives, refits, openings and closures. In addition, you will lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles, and assist in ad hoc projects for process improvement when required.

To qualify, you have an accounting or business/finance degree, with at least 6 years of commercial finance and business partnering experience gained from fashion retail companies.  Highly analytical and strong business acumen are essential with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with people from different countries.  You should be able to work independently and also as a team player. You excel under pressure in a fast-paced environment.  Full fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
