Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts using accounting software (e.g. MYOB)
• Data entry, voucher preparation, bank reconciliation and assist in month end closing
• Perform general accounting duties
• Handling petty cash and expenses
• Handle ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

• 1-2 years accounting experience
• Shipping experience is an advantage
• Knowledge in MYOB
• Secondary 5 & LCC Level 3
• Diploma in accounting or equivalent
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Responsible, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Stable working record
• Immediate Available
