Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling full set of accounts and accounting related administration duties.
• Data entry, invoice processing, A/P, A/R, GL and process for month end & year end closing.
• Prepare cheques, bank reconciliation statements, financial statements and accounting reports.
• Liaise with bank for banking facility and external auditors.
• Provide office administration support and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• University Graduate or Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or F.7 with LCC related disciplines. 
• Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting field.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. 
• Proficient in PC applications and MS Office (Excel, Word, Chinese word processing, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) and MYOB.
• Excellent inter-personal & communications skills.
• Customer-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, self-motivated and mature.
• Ability to work independently and to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Immediate available is preferred.
