Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling full set of accounts
• Responsible for the daily operation of AP
• Handle bank transaction and general ledger reconciliations
• Assist in month end closing and annual audit preparation
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Handle any ad hoc task as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above with LCCI level 3
• At least 3 year’s working experience, experience in retail industry is a MUST
• Experience in using Quickbook Accounting system is an advantage
• Proficiency with MS Office, Chinese & English word processing
• Detail-minded, hardworking and good communication skill
• Immediate available is preferred
