Position Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting functions includes accounts receivable and payable, expense reimbursement, general ledger and filing;
• Manage and record office petty cash and Cash Advance;
• Arrange timely payments to vendors;
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation and monitor cash flow;
• Prepare and analyses Creditor Aging Report;
• Prepare monthly schedules and reconciliation and assist in interim / annual audit;
• Handle Ad hoc assignments as requested

Position Requirements

• Higher diploma or above
• 2 years or above in relevant accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Office, Chinese word processing and accounting applications, e.g. Peachtree
• A detail-oriented, organized, and mature person who is able to work well under pressure;
• A motivated, committed, reliable and flexible person;
• A team player;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
