Job Description:

• Prepare debit notes and credit notes for assigned product lines
• Prepare bank reconciliation, cheque payment, conduct clerical duties
• Assist senior to prepare report & schedule as instructed
• Filling and housekeeping documents as instructed
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• DSE / F.7 or above
• At least 1 year working experience, more experiences will be considered as Senior
• LCC Higher or above
• Knowledge on accounts payable and familiar with shipping document is preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word is a must    
• Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure & overtime
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred
