• Handle the sourcing enquiries from our fashion design team with daily communication with suppliers on sample/order follow up and QC activities
• Identify potential suppliers in China/ Asia according to design requirements
• Sourcing of apparel items as required, obtain factory information and product quotation/ specification
• Plan and participate buying trips for the fashion design team
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in apparel, accessories, shoes, bags sourcing or merchandising, with knowledge of import/export business practices
• Proven experience in orders follow up & product sourcing
• Preferably working in trading company or buying office before
• General knowledge of product specification, safety testing and inspection requirements
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin
• Independent, self-organized and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
