Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily treasury operations, including transaction processing, financial analysis, regular account-checking, invoice, receipt, cheque payments, file of accounting records and preparation of bank account opening and closing documents etc;
• Coordinate with banks for funding and facilities arrangement;
• Support and maintenance of bank accounts
• Review cashflow forecast and actual cashflow analysis
• Prepare bank instructions and assist in monitoring liquidity of the Group and execute short-term cash investment
• Prepare periodic treasury report for management review;
• Provide support for ad hoc assignment when necessary.
• Handle payroll ,maintain accurate HR data & filing system

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines with minimum of 3-year experience in treasury field;
• Familiar with local accounting standard and statutory compliance are preferred;
• Able to work independently, strong sense of responsibility, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure;
• Positive attitude;
• Self-motivated with high learning ability and potential;
• Good computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
• Immediately available is preferable.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as an Assistant Accountant
