Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review day to day accounting functions, including accounts payable and payments, sales receipts, and fixed assets, etc.
• Ensure all journal and ledger postings are valid and correct
• Prepare full sets of accounts for Hong Kong and overseas operation
• Good knowledge & concepts on profit / cost center, cost allocation and intercompany transactions
• Prepare CCT and RPT reports for compliance with listing rules
• Supervise a team of accounting staff to complete the above tasks on time
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and reports when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
• 8-10 years’ commercial experience in sizable company plus auditing experience preferably with Big 4 or 2nd-tier firms
• Over 4 years of experience in preparing full sets of accounts
• Supervisory experience
• Experience in using SAP or other large scale ERP system preferred
• Experience in dealing with audit queries raised by Big 4 auditors or large international audit firms
• Experience from company in which the accounting department has less than 5 staffs will absolutely not be considered
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
