Account Payable Assistant

We are looking for someone to take control and ownership of the account payable process. In order to be qualified for this role he/she have to be a person who focuses on details, proactive, have sense of urgency, willing to take responsibility, understand how to handle and maintain good inter-business relationship, strong personality, stand firm with own believes, determine, persistent, good communication skill and good team player.

Duties

• Timely entries into accounting system

• Reconciliation with vendors

• Chase for vendor’s bills

• Resolve disputes with vendors

• Prepare AP aging report / any ad hoc report

• Make payment to vendors

• Pay staff reimbursement from petty cash

• Check for errors in vendor bills

• Take care of payroll, MPF and commissions

• Set up autopay

• Take initiative to suggest ways to simplify processes

Qualifications

• University graduate in Accounting

• 2 -3 years of relevant working experiences

• Must be good in English

• Should be comfortable in working with remote team members/virtual environment
