Our client is a well established retailer in Hong Kong and has a very strong presence online in the APAC region. Through organic growth and the loyalty of their expanding customer base they have performed extremely well over the past few years.

Due to this phenomenal growth, they are looking for someone to join their team to cover their lead and manage their finance & admin function.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee client’s finance & admin function
• Work closely with the sales team and operations departments to ensure all accounting and reporting functions are smooth and accurate
• Perform management reporting duties, budget and forecasts as well as oversee cash flow management
• Work closely with the Directors on year end auditing, tax reporting and other related matters.
• Assist in other upcoming or special projects as and when required

Requirements

• Must be an independent, self starter who can manage their own time efficiently
• Minimum 4 years' working experience in accounting and/or auditing
• Able to work in a flat organisational structure
• Experience in retail, wholesale or ecommerce industry preferred
• Fluent English and Cantonese is a must
• Good communicator and team player
• A relevant degree in Degree in Accounting/Finance or any other related subject
• Able to commute to Wong Chuk Hang on a daily basis
