AUDIT JUNIOR / AUDIT SENIOR:

 --> Handle full set of accounting / auditing assignments;

 --> Prepare, draft and finalise audited financial statements and auditor's reports;

 --> Handle ad-hoc assignments.

COMPANY SECRETARY:

--> Provide general company secretarial services to clients;

--> Assist in formation of new companies in Hong Kong and elsewhere;

--> Maintain proper company secretary records in compliance to H.K. Companies Ordinance requirements;

--> Prepare annual / interim returns, announcements, circulars, minutes of meetings of the Borad of Directors, Members and/or governing committees, etc;

--> Handle ad-hoc assignments.

The Candidate:

--> Tertiary qualification in Corporate Goverance/Accounting or related disciplines;

--> Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putunghua;

--> Student member of HKICS/HKICPA/ACCA;

--> University graduates with no or less than one year working experience will be considered for Junior position;

--> HKICPA graduates will be considered for Senior position.
