Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting duties and handle full set of accounts
• Prepare month-end closing and financial reports
• Liaise with internal and external parties on accounting related matters
• Assist in system implementation and enhancement
• To take an active role to design and manage internal control procedures to enhance cost efficiency
• Provide all-rounded accounting support to the Finance Manager
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or related discipline(s)
• At least 1 year of accounting experience
• Experience in brokerage firms / financial institutions / auditing firms would be an advantage
• Good sense of internal control
• Strong PC skills, well versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Proficiency in Chinese word processing
• Excellent in communication and presentation, with good fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Well organized, self-motivated and high degree of initiative
• Immediately availability is highly preferred
