Roles and Responsibilites:

• Bank reconciliation handling
• Bookkeeping and whole set of accounting schedule 
• Handle daily accounting transactions 
• Prepare monthly PnL report 
• Custodian bank reconciliation
• Expense reimbursement, petty cash
• HR document preparation
• Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the financial conditions of the company
• Preparing FRR and audit
• Liaise with vendor for repairing / ordering / replenishing office items
• Handle other admin/HR/secretarial works as required
• Assist in other ad hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirement:

• At least 3 years’ experience in accounting field 
• LCCI intermediate level or above
• Familiar with Quickbooks
• Good PC knowledge, Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) 
• Self-driven, patient, detail-oriented, organized, and ability to meet deadlines
• Good command of both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Experience in handling accounting for asset management company is preferred
• Immediate availability is preferred
