Responsibilities:

• Handle full jset accounting independently
• Perform the comparison analysis of actual vs budget
• Responsible for carrying out general company secretarial matter
• Participate in a team for handling financial & management reporting
• Assist in audit and tax filing in Hong Kong
• Maintain the petty cash and prepare the petty cash report
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments
• Liaise with auditors / tax representatives and professionals regarding audit / tax and other relevant matters
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications (HKICPA/ACCA)
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably gained in sizable companies
• Have working experience in Insurance Broker will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team and work under pressure
• Strong PC skills/ well versed with MS word/ Excel / proficiency in English and Chinese word processing
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese with Mandarin knowledge
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant / Account Clerk
