Responsibilities:

• Handle AP, AR, Journal vouchers and General Ledger entries
• Prepare and distribute cash / cheque for monthly payment, expense claim
• Prepare and review of accounts for various companies within the group
• Be responsible for bookkeeping and other accounting related duties
• Prepare Ad hoc reports and tasks as required

Requirements:

• Form 7 with LCC Higher or above
• At least 2 years working experience preferable in freight forwarder industry
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Accounting Software
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Good interpersonal communication skills and details oriented
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and able to work under pressure
