Responsibilities:

• Report to the owner, manage the finance team to support the Group and her subsidiaries including Asset Management, Corporate Finance and Brokerage business
• Conduct financial analysis, financial modelling, valuation and strategic analysis as well as due diligence reports
• Review and develop guidelines and procedures to improve the work flows to strengthen internal control
• Liaise with different parties, implement and review and managing change of processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Oversee and manage financial reporting, taxation and tax planning matters 
• Ensure all transactions are properly accounted for and financial systems are maintained
• Proactively assist in any projects and initiatives as delegated by management
• Demonstrated success in leading teams within multi-disciplinary and complex projects
• Handle special projects, ad hoc and other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Degree educated, CFA or CPA qualified
• Minimum 10 years of regional finance, accounting and auditing experience from multinational /international companies, preferably Big 4 trained with solid experience in the FMCG industry
• Strong report writing skill (both English and Chinese) and analytical mind.
• Big 4 Accounting practices experience is most preferred but not a must
• Management experience with excellent and leadership skills, particularly with regard to the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
• Advanced degree in accounting, business, finance or related field is preferred. Professionally qualified, project management, or other financial management qualifications
